My Firefox Add-ons

I love add-ons! True, too many might slow down Firefox a bit, but they work really well and help me out. Here’s a list of all the must haves I use: (no links, it would take too long :P Just google them)

  • Adblock Plus (can sometimes block images, but works well in general.)
  • Clipmarks
  • ColorfulTabs (helps a lot!)
  • Cooliris Previews (I’ve used this millions of times in the 2 weeks I’ve had it. ESSENTIAL!)
  • Copy Plain Text
  • del.icio.us (used it a minute ago)
  • Digg This! (Great!)
  • Download Statusbar (takes some getting used to)
  • Fasterfox
  • IE Tab (great for designers!)
  • Nuke Everything Enhanced (helps with printing pages)
  • ReloadEvery (rarely needed but is VERY helpful when needed)
  • Stumbleupon Toolbar (great for passing spare time)
  • tlbox (great tools)

I’ve got quite a few of these.

Back from Texas/Site Updates

I’m finally back! The trip was amazing, many pictures will be on the way. The air travel was fairly smooth, though I was on one of those airbuses so it was very loud. (VERY loud.)

In the site category, I’ve finally fixed the dropdown menus, and they even work in IE now! Boy, am I tired of that browser. Why can’t everyone just switch to a real browser, like Firefox? I’ve added things to the menus, and got up a podcast poll so you can vote for the new podcasts you want to see come out of the Dave Moyer Studios ;)

Got to go for now, I’ve got, collectively, about 12 pages of writing to do before Monday. I need to grab some tea and start typing!

It’s a little late, but…

Of course, who would celebrate CHRISTMAS at CHRISTMAStime? We wish you a merry Ramahanukwanzmas, we wish you a merry Ramahanukwanzmas… too long. Hmm.

MERRY FREAKING WINTER, EVERYBODY!

…but what about those who don’t want to be merry? I forgot about being pessimist tolerant…

On the Road, er- Air

It’s off on another trip for me! I’ve got an 11:03 flight to San Antonio, Texas this morning, and I’m fairly excited. I get to see my newest little cousin (this is the third) for the first time, and attend the baptism on Sunday.

My iPod’s loaded up with podcasts, (check out my podroll for some podcasts I listen to) and I’ve got a couple books and a notepad, so I should (hopefully) have enough for the ride. I’m also hoping to get a quick survey of some people in my terminal about JetBlue’s free Wi-fi announcement. (I’m doing a paper on it)

I’m off! Need to go grab some breakfast and pack just a bit more! I might Twitter a tiny bit, but I seem to be running out of messages very quickly for this month. Bye!
